End User License Agreement (EULA)

For LifeBetic Mobile Apps (Google Play / Apple App Store) and Chrome Extension

This End User License Agreement (“EULA“) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you“) and LifeBetic Global SARL (“LifeBetic,” “we,” “us“) governing your use of the LifeBetic mobile application(s) available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and/or the LifeBetic Chrome Extension available on the Chrome Web Store (together, the “App“).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, LifeBetic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
  • reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law;
  • use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • use automated systems to scrape, extract, or misuse data from the App;
  • circumvent any security or access-control features of the App.

3. AI Features Within the App

The App may include AI-powered features (e.g., logging assistants, chat support, personalized suggestions). Use of these features is subject to the AI Services terms in our Terms of Service, and all AI-generated output must be treated as general information only — never as medical advice (see our Medical & Health Disclaimer).

4. Health Data Entered in the App

Any health-related data you enter into the App (glucose readings, medication notes, diabetes type, etc.) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

5. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to functionality, provided such changes do not materially reduce your rights under this EULA without notice.

6. Third-Party Platform Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you downloaded it:

  • Google Play: Google Play Terms of Service
  • Apple App Store: Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you, but has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App)
  • Chrome Web Store: Google Chrome Web Store Terms of Service

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all associated content, trademarks, and AI models/prompts developed by LifeBetic, remains the exclusive property of LifeBetic Global SARL or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App from your devices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeBetic’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
