What does LifeBetic sell? We offer products designed to support life with diabetes type 1 and type 2, including physical products (accessories and lifestyle tools), digital products (ebooks, printables, and logbooks), and app-based tools with AI-powered features to help you stay organized.
Are your products medical devices? No. Unless a specific product is clearly labeled and certified as a medical device, our products are lifestyle and organizational tools — not medical devices — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diabetes or any related condition. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet (or, for digital products, hasn’t been delivered yet). Email contact@lifebetic.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you restock sold-out items? Yes, most items are restocked. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or email us to ask about a specific item.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to Morocco, the EU, the UK, and most countries worldwide.
How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within Morocco, 3–7 business days within the EU/UK, and 7–15 business days elsewhere. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees? Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived / arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact contact@lifebetic.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (or of receiving a damaged item, with photos), and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Digital Products (Ebooks, Printables, Logbooks)
How do I receive my digital product after purchase? You’ll get an instant download link and/or email delivery right after checkout.
Can I get a refund on a digital product? Digital products are final sale once downloaded, since the file can’t be “returned.” If the file is defective or you have a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it or issue a refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I print or share my ebook/printable with others? Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing copies with others isn’t permitted under our Terms of Service.
I lost my download link — can I get it again? Yes, just email contact@lifebetic.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Apps & Chrome Extension
Where can I download the LifeBetic app? On the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Our Chrome Extension is available on the Chrome Web Store.
Is the app free? yes, the app is free to download, with optional premium features.
Do I need an account to use the app? No
What data does the app collect? Only what’s needed to provide the features you use — this can include glucose readings, medication notes, or preferences you choose to enter. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and why.
Can I delete my data from the app? Yes, you can delete individual entries or your entire account at any time from within the app, or by emailing contact@lifebetic.com.
If I uninstall the app, is my data deleted? Uninstalling removes the app from your device, but your account data may still be stored on our servers until you request deletion. Contact us to fully delete your account and data.
AI-Powered Features
How does LifeBetic use AI? Our AI-powered features can help with things like organizing logbook entries, suggesting meal ideas, or answering general questions — designed to make day-to-day diabetes organization easier.
Is the AI giving me medical advice? No. AI-generated content is for general information only and is never a substitute for professional medical advice. Never use AI suggestions to make decisions about insulin dosing, medication, or treatment — always consult your doctor. See our Medical & Health Disclaimer.
Is my data used to train AI models? We do not use your identifiable health data to train third-party AI models without your explicit, separate consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can the AI make mistakes? Yes. Like any AI system, it can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete output. Always double-check anything important, especially health-related information.
Medical & Health Questions
Can LifeBetic diagnose or treat my diabetes? No. We’re not a medical provider, and nothing on our website, app, or AI features is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your doctor or diabetes care team about your treatment plan.
What should I do in a medical emergency? Contact your local emergency services immediately (e.g., 911, 112, 999) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on our website, app, or AI features in an emergency.
Do you offer medical consultations? No, we don’t provide clinical consultations. Our products and content are educational and organizational in nature.
