3. Special Category (Health) Data

Some information you may choose to enter (blood glucose levels, insulin dosage, diabetes type) is considered special category / sensitive personal data under GDPR and similar frameworks.

  • We only process this data with your explicit consent, given when you choose to enter it into a logbook, app, or AI feature.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting the relevant entries or your account.
  • We apply enhanced technical and organizational safeguards to this data, including encryption in transit and restricted internal access.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • process and fulfill orders (physical and digital products);
  • provide, maintain, and personalize the apps, extension, and AI Services;

6. AI-Powered Features

  • We do not use your identifiable health data to train third-party foundation models without your explicit, separate consent.

Health-related entries in logbooks/apps are retained until you delete them or close your account, after which they are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
