Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on LifeBetic.com from LifeBetic Global SARL.

1. Physical Products

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (adjust to your actual policy, e.g., 30 days).
  • To start a return, contact contact@lifebetic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., items in direct contact with skin, if applicable) may not be eligible for return unless defective — this will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. EU/UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@lifebetic.com before the deadline. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.

This statutory right does not apply to digital content once download/streaming has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (see Section 3 below).

3. Digital Products (Ebooks, Printables, Logbooks)

  • Because digital products are delivered instantly and irreversibly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed, except where the product is materially defective (e.g., corrupted file) or as required by applicable law.
  • Before completing a digital purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once download begins.
  • If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, contact us within 7 days for a replacement file or resolution.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

5. Mobile Apps and Chrome Extension Purchases

  • Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store (including in-app purchases and subscriptions) are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms. Please contact Google or Apple support directly for such refunds.
  • Purchases made through the Chrome Web Store or directly via our website for extension-related features are subject to this Policy.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order has shipped or, for digital goods, before the file has been delivered. Contact contact@lifebetic.com as soon as possible.

7. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) concerned
  3. Reason for the return/refund request
  4. Photos, if the item is damaged or defective
